The proposed contract action will satisfy a Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 10 procurement need to supply both the Louis Stokes Cleveland and Cincinnati VA Medical Centers with additional WaveMark Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) smart cabinets ancillary equipment and consumables, installation and equipment maintenance.

The system must include RAIN RFID-enabled 6 - 25 cu. ft. Large intelligent Cabinets, tissue tracking software package to comply with FDA requirements for storage of implantable biologics. The system must automatically track and monitor inventory 24/7, to eliminate manual processes, increases visibility, and capture information in real-time.
