 High Altitude Anti-Submarine Warfare Weapon Capability (HAAWC)Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue a sole source contract with The Boeing Company for Full Rate Production (FRP) of the High Altitude Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Weapon Capability (HAAWC) Air Launch Accessory (ALA) for use in launching the MK 54 Torpedo from the P-8A Poseidon aircraft from high altitude.  

The combination of any variant of the MK 54 Torpedo and the new common ALA will comprise the Common High Altitude ASW Weapon Capability (C - HAAWC) weapon system.

However, interested offerors may submit their capabilities or responses before the closing date and time of this notice to the Government for consideration.  Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.   Responses to this notice must be received by 12:00 EST on 14 December 2018.

Training Space should include two indoor ranges to provide for simultaneous training with different weapon systems. Range capability should be fully automated with a dedicated control booth for each area and consist of a ten lane 50-yard range and 25-yard tactical (Law Enforcement Officer -LEO) training range with a minimum two lanes. Range capability should provide a target retrieval system with each shooting lane.
