 High Altitude Anti-Submarine Warfare Weapon Capability (HAAWC)Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue a sole source contract with The Boeing Company for Full Rate Production (FRP) of the High Altitude Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Weapon Capability (HAAWC) Air Launch Accessory (ALA) for use in launching the MK 54 Torpedo from the P-8A Poseidon aircraft from high altitude.  

The combination of any variant of the MK 54 Torpedo and the new common ALA will comprise the Common High Altitude ASW Weapon Capability (C - HAAWC) weapon system.

However, interested offerors may submit their capabilities or responses before the closing date and time of this notice to the Government for consideration.  Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.   Responses to this notice must be received by 12:00 EST on 14 December 2018.

Louis, Missouri, was awarded an $25,648,020 fixed-firm-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee and cost-only Full Rate Production (FRP) contract for the production of High-Altitude Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Weapon Capability (HAAWC) Air Launch Accessory (ALA) equipment, related engineering and hardware repair services, and other direct cost support.

We seek industry’s view regarding the current status for USPL fiber laser systems that produce high average power at a high repetition pule rate.The AFRL is primarily interested in a USPL fiber laser weapon capability which will meet the needs of a future AFRL acquisition program.

The weapon must be Military Code (M-Code) capable of adhering to Congressionally mandated M-Code GPS capability and National Security Agency (NSA) Cryptographic Modernization mandate.
