Project Description: Provide all labor, materials, and equipment to excavate soil on Site to the depths and at the locations required to complete the Work indicated on the Drawings. Including a grouting program to fill in voids below the basement level slab and building perimeter. Stormwater piping and infrastructure will be repaired or replaced throughout the site. Damaged concrete paving will be replaced with reinforced concrete paving.
