PHNSY & IMF plans to award a firm fixed price contract on an unrestricted basis for the refurbishment and weight testing of 98 weapons handling lashing strap assemblies and refurbishment of 92 weapons handling dolly assemblies. Submit written offers in accordance with the CLIN structure outlined in the announcement. Oral offers will not be accepted.
