Contract award is made to Bowhead Marine Support Services, LLC to provide a trained and technically competent crew to operate three Government-owned torpedo retrieval vessels in support of the SRS 33’s mission within the Hawaiian Island Fleet Operating Area; plan and conduct all maintenance, repairs, and alterations necessary to maximize operational readiness of the vessels; and provide all shore-based logistical support necessary to maintain and operate the vessels.
