In the event of inclement weather, the Offeror is responsible for listening to the media to determine if the City has been closed due to weather. The primary goal of Housing Stability Support is to assist adults, families, and young adults in their recovery, in the stabilization of their housing, and in achieving self-sufficiency. This goal is achieved through provision of services within a permanent or transitional housing setting. These services reinforce recovery by establishing community-based supports to maintain ongoing goals in the recovery process.
