The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, tools, material, and supervision to perform scheduled preventive and repair maintenance tasks for the computer room air conditioning (CRAC) units, dry cooler farm, scroll chillers, pumps, chemical systems, and cooling towers located at 557 Weather Wing at Offutt AFB, NE. All services will be accomplished in accordance with (IAW) the manufacturer’s instructions and industry standards.

This project will include all work as required to provide a redundant primary distribution feed, switch gear, and transformers, to the 557th Weather Wing located in Building 185.
