NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) intends to issue a sole source contract to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation for the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) Phase E operations and sustainment.The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the spacecraft and ground support equipment supporting operations of the JWST Observatory.The JWST Phase E contract will begin at contract award through 5 years after launch.
