3.5.2 Will the Offeror accept weeded library books? 3.5.3 Will the Offeror accept A/V materials such as compact disks, DVDs, and/or VHS tapes?
The acrylic electronic cuttable film must be provided with a synthetic or plastic backing material. Films with paper backing material are not acceptable. Acrylic electronic cuttable films for which the manufacturer is unable to provide synthetic or plastic backing material may not be eligible for award. For item 8, the film must be weeded/stripped along both perforated edges.
