Replace the entire roof of the facility, including all lean-to areas, the valley gutter, and the rain leaders. Repoint select areas of the exterior CMU wall where necessary. Remove all flaking and loose paint and repaint exterior face of facility. Repair the slope of the earth directly along the western exterior wall.  Repair the rain guards along the western exterior wall. Repair exterior window seals and caulking.
