The roadway will be widened to accommodate auxiliary right turn lanes at Weston Avenue and auxiliary left turn and right turn lanes for the new East Noble Middle School entrance east of Weston Avenue. At South Main Street, the approach provides three lanes with an exclusive left turn lane. A new closed storm sewer system will be placed along Drake Road and tie into a recently installed outfall which runs north to Bixler Lake Ditch.
