The project is located at the Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri 65305 within the 4th Congressional District.In accordance with FAR 36.204 and DFARS 236.204, the estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.

Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER)Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment and all else necessary to execute the SABER on Whiteman Air Force Base Missouri. Projects consist of multi-discipline construction projects involving repair, alteration or new construction of real property at Whiteman AFB.

The work covered by this project consists of the Contractor furnising all labor, supervision, quality control, and services to perform all operations with providing Foreign Object & Debris (FOD)/Litter Patrol services at various locations throughout Whiteman Air Force Base (WAFB), Missouri.A site visit will be held on Monday, 02 March 2020 at 10:00 AM and questions will be due on 04 March 2020 by 2:00 PM.

Assembly and installation is required.See attachment 2 for FAR, DFARS and AFFARS Clauses and Provisions which apply to this acquisition.The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals.  In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
