The US Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) - Vicksburg, MS, intends to issue a sole source award, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures as outlined in FAR Part 13, to the John Wiley and Sons, Inc. for the electronic access to the Wiley publication identified below. John Wiley and Sons is the only vendor that can provide the electronic, multisite, and IP recognition access to their virtual digital library.
In addition, this is the only authorized seller of the American Fisheries Society publications and conference proceedings. Wiley & Sons is the sole source provider. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Conservation Library requires access to John Wiley & Sons Inc 2022 Core Collection, which includes over 30 scientific journals, letters, and applications.
