The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is seeking one contractor to furnish Surgical Laser Rental and Technician services at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital, 2500 Overlook Terrace, Madison, Wisconsin (hereinafter called VA) under the authority of FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial items.
Therefore, this is a notice of intent issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs to negotiate a limited source contract with Johnson Controls (JCI) for Security upgrade to the PAC s Server and Controllers at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital. This procurement is intended to be used by the VA Madison Police Department to ensure physical security of the VA Hospital.
