The work included in this Contract, and covered by this scope of work, consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials and performing all operations necessary for the following tasks:(a) removing all surface water from the Outlet Works Stilling Basin at Cherry Creek Dam (Stilling Basin), and from the Cherry Creek Channel (Channel) between the Stilling Basin and the Interstate 225 Bridge (I-225);(b) maintaining the Stilling Basin and Channel

The govt will provide the contractor with drawings such as plan view of outlet channel, stilling basin, etc.Birch Stilling Basin – The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, and materials to successfully stop water from outlet works and pump water out of Stilling Basin downstream past higher area of channel.
