Construction of one (1) 2,000 gpm Evangeline water well (Well No. 10), one (1) 500,000-gallon prestressed concrete ground storage tank, three (3) 1,000 gpm horizontal split case booster pumps, one (1) pump/chemical/electrical building, one (1) stand-by natural gas generator, paving, grading, drainage, yard piping, distribution piping, electrical work, and other miscellaneous site improvements.
