WV-FWS CANAAN VLY NWR-TRIAXLE TRAILER
Fish and Wildlife Service Region 5, has a requirement to remove and replace the Freeland Trail Boardwalk and improve the Freeland Trail parking area at Canaan Valley National Wildlife Refuge, Davis, WV (Tucker County). This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation.
