The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Connecticut intends to award a sole source, form fixed price contract to: CONNECTICUT DOUBLE PLAY, LLC, 1214 MAIN STREET HARTFORD CT 06101 for the procurement of Hartford Yard Goats Advertising licensing for the 2018-2019 Baseball Season and the rest of the year when the park remains open.
The sole rights to advertise in this arena are owned by the Hartford Yard Goats; hence thisprocurement will be sole sourced.Market research indicates the sole rights to advertise in the Dunkin' Donuts Park in Hartford, CT are owned by theHartford Yard Goats. It is a privately owned facility. The sole rights to advertise in this arena are owned by the HartfordYard Goats; hence this procurement will be sole sourced.
The vendor will be required to perform a site visit prior to delivery of the CT trailer and have the resources available to switch to a smaller truck (Yard Goat Semi-Trailer) to position the rental CT trailer in its final position, if necessary. Estimated period of performance will be January 13, 2020 January 12, 2021 (one year). We are looking for Veteran-Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses preferably.

The SCA will be grazed with goats. Grass will be eaten down to approximately 4 inches or 80% of vegetation removed up to 4 to 5 feet.Fuel reduction is intended to lower the risk of catastrophic wildfires by managing vegetation to modify/reduce hazardous fuels. The benefits from fuel reduction include; prevent loss of lives, reduce fire suppression costs, reduce private property loss and protect natural resources.
