Contractor will be required to provide/service 96-gallon tote containers (both solid waste and recylcing), 4 cubic yard containers (solid waste only), 6 cubic yard containers (both solid waste and recycling), and 40 cubic yard containers (solid waste only). The contractor MUST have the resources available to provide the above aforementioned services and NOT out-source these services to another Solid Waste/Recylcing company.

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the supply and delivery of new 20 yard and 40 yard roll-off waste containers for the Mohawk Street Landfill, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
All three references must have a minimum of 15,000 of the proposed containers, utilizing the materials bid in current service; all pertinent information including name, address and telephone number of all customers noted above shall be supplied with the bid. All refuse, yard waste and recyclables containers shall be delivered complete and ready to assemble, and shall be shipped and delivered in a new unused state.
Residential Yard Waste Household generated yard material such as grass clippings, garden debris, leaves, shrubbery or brush or tree trimmings less than 4' in length and 2" in diameter. Each household must place this material in a separate, identifiable container or Compost Yard Waste Bags or bundled. Yard Waste Container Households must provide their own separate yard waste container or kraft paper bags.
