Clean and Reseal Spillway Joints at Youghiogheny River Lake: This project is located within the concrete emergency spillway of Youghiogheny Dam. The project location is accessed from PA 281 in Confluence, PA, to Flanigan Rd, onto Hydro Ln across Youghiogheny Dam. An existing gravel berm allows vehicles to access the spillway. The existing emergency spillway is lined with concrete along the floor and walls.
