PROGRAM GOALS The primary goals of this program are to reduce the duration and harmful effects of trauma for individuals most at risk of developing mental health problems as a result of traumatic experiences. Transition Age Youth (TAY) are to receive early intervention services through the use of an EBP Seeking Safety Program.

New York (the “County”) is currently seeking proposals from qualified agencies (“Proposer”) interested in providing Youth Development Program services to at-risk youth ages 6-20 residing in Erie County for the period 10/1/2024 – 9/30/2025. Proposers interested in providing this service are invited to respond to this request. It is the County's intent to select the Proposer(s) that provides the best solution for the County's needs.
