The US Agency for International Development’s Mission to Djibouti (USAID/Djibouti) is in the process of designing a new Workforce Development (WFD) Activity, henceforth referred to as “the activity”, to support Djibouti’s efforts to increase youth employment in a way that is equitable and sustainable.
This RFI offers the opportunity for interested organizations and individuals to provide feedback, information, opinions, and recommendations on the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW) and Draft Instructions to Offerors and Evaluation Criteria for the prospective activity entitled “Youth Employment for Migration Prevention (YEMP) Activity”.
