Under the contemplated award, Carl Zeiss Microscopy will provide a system upgrade to existing Zeiss SIGMA VP-40 Scanning Electron Microscope to include: PC Upgrade Kit (includes enhanced PC), Image Maths Software, 3D Surface Modeling, Image Stitching Kit, Stage Registration Software, Compatable system monitors, and Installation.

This is a Sole Source Justification supporting the acquisition of Zeiss Software and Hardware support for the Sigma 300 VP unit located at Ellsworth AFB, SD. Only one vendor was identified and approved to provide propriety software and hardware for the aforesaid unit. See the attached justification document.
