Parking operations will include use of State parking facilities for, but are not limited to, special

events at the locations listed below:a) Capitol Complex area;b) Bob Bullock Museum;c) Moody Center;d) University of Texas home football, basketball, volleyball games and/or other athletic events;e) Concerts, daily and special events held in Downtown Austin area including events near the 2 nd Street District, 4 th Street Warehouse District, and West End – 6 th Street area;f) Special events held in Republic Park, Square Park, Austin Music Hall, Ballet Austin, and Austin City Limit Live @ Moody Theater; andg) Austin City Limits Music Festival, SXSW, Art City Austin, Reggae Fest, COTA/Formula 1, and events requested to be held on State properties.2) PAYMENT STRUCTURE OPTIONS: TFC shall award a contract based upon the following Payment Structure Option:a) Revenue Sharing Model – TFC shall be paid based on a percentage of gross revenue collected by the Contractor. The Contractor revenue percentage amount is taxable sales.
