The Capitol Extension is scheduled to begin operations in 2028.Submittal Date/Time:Thursday, July 27, 2023, by 3:00 P.M. MST (Phoenix local time). Submittals received after the specified time will not be accepted.The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) documents are available or will be available on or about Thursday, June 8, 2023. Interested firms may download the RFQ documents at Valley Metro’s E-Procurement Website: https://valleymetro.procureware.com/home. A login will be required to submit a response. Questions regarding this solicitation may be submitted via Valley Metro’s E-Procurement Website, https://valleymetro.procureware.com/home by selecting the clarification tab.
