Lease 3500-3700 SF commercial/retail office space in Anchorage, AK

The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Anchorage, Alaska that will be expiring.  The government is considering alternate space if economically advantageous. The government has a requirement for 3500 to 3700 SF of commercial/retail office space to establish a recruiting office. Evaluation criteria to include, but not limited to; meets recruiting mission requirements, located in the delineated area, lessor past performance (if applicable), site visibility, fully serviced lease, parking for up to fifteen (15) government vehicles, and pricing consistent with comparable sites in the local area.In making this determination, the government will consider, amongst other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the government's requirements, as well as costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency
