The project will involve design of improvements of the Northern Parkway segment from one-quarter mile west of Dysart Road to one-half-mile east of Dysart Road. The consultant shall provide, in US customary units (English), all engineering services that are required to prepare construction documents for the bidding of this project. This shall include but not be limited to the preparation of construction plans, specifications, special provisions, drainage reports, field surveys, geotechnical reports, construction quantities, earthwork, construction cost estimates, utility coordination and the preparation of all bid documents to complete the project, as required by the MCDOT Project Development Manual (PDM) and as detailed in the Scope of Services.
