Fire and Emergency Services (F&ES) Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Structural Firefighting General Purpose (GP) Boots IDIQ

17 Jun 2022-  Attachment FES PPE GP Boots Q and A (Questions/Answers) dated 16 Jun 2022 is hereby published as Amendment 1.The 772 ESS is re-competing an AF-wide, decentralized IDIQ to purchase USAF Fire & Emergency Services (F&ES) strategically sourced Firefighter Personal Protective Equipment (Fire PPE) specifically firefighter General Purpose (GP) Boots. Firefighter GP Boots will fill the needs of 188 AF Fire Departments both Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS) installations supporting over 9,900 firefighters. These products have specific performance parameters to adhere to the national consensus standards and industry commercial practices for Fire PPE while safely protecting firefighters in the performance of their duties. Additionally, Fire PPE shall be produced in accordance with the F&ES PPE Structural Firefighting GP Boots Statement of Work
