Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Public Relations Agency of Record to the Georgia State University (hereinafter, the State). The Robinson College is seeking proposals to establish a contract with a qualified partner who will act as a PR agency of record (AOR) for the college to support our communication efforts around our brand as well as for our programs. The primary goals are increasing brand awareness and reputation, as well as leveraging our presence as an R1 research
