Landscape Maintenance Job Order Contract

This is a job order contract, which shall
be used to provide the City with a readily
available work force for all phases of
landscape maintenance, including but not
limited to weedeating, rough mowing,
planting, mulching, sodding,
irrigation repair/installation, pathway
restoration, sand removal, litter removal,
hauling of transient camp materials, and
railroad tie repair/replacement.

The contract agreement will be for a term
of one year with the option to renew for
two additional one year terms with a not
to exceed annual funding limit of
$200,000. The total term of this
agreement will not exceed three (3) years.
