The City is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to contract with a highly experienced firm who can provide a cloud-based Investment Accounting and Reporting System to provide daily investment accounting, accurately report portfolio holdings, asset allocations, portfolio performance, book values, market values, yields etc. Other Details Notes If vendors are unable to provide hard copy proposal packages with wet signatures, you may submit an electronic signed copy (using DocuSign, Adobe, or a scanned signature) through the PlanetBids portal by the Closing Date and Time. Vendors will be required to provide four (4) original wet signature hard copies if requested by the City of San Diego. ***Please note that each uploaded cannot exceed 150MB – regardless of which type of file (Response File or General Attachments) is being uploaded.
