Scope of Services It is the intent of this specification to obtain an annual price agreement for the purchase of ready-mix concrete for the City of Grand Prairie Public Works Street Department. 2. PRODUCT AND REQUIREMENTS 2.1 These specifications shall govern for Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) to be used by the City of Grand Prairie in concrete pavement, concrete structures, and other concrete construction.
