SCOPE:Contract for the purchase of Media Captioning, Transcription and Audio Description Services to provide captioning and transcription services for audio and video media content. The University is engaged in teaching and learning via class materials, online courses, web content, continuing education, and extension programs, and incorporates enriching audio and video content through tools like Kaltura, YouTube, Vimeo, and other technologies. In support of students with disabilities, current laws require accessible content to enable a variety of learning styles.
