Bid Title:RFP: Fleet Fueling System Design of Replacement Category:Public WorksStatus:Open Description: The City of Dubuque, Iowa is soliciting competitive proposals, from qualified consultants to design the replacement of the City of Dubuque’s Fleet Fueling System. After a professional services agreement is negotiated, the City anticipates the Consultant will immediately begin the design work and assist city staff in preparation of bidding documents, assist the City through award phases, and, perform supervision of the work, as requested. The selected Consultant will be expected to complete the scope of services under the general direction and coordination of the City’s Public Works Department, as authorized by the City Manager.
