Fine Art Services for the Canada Council Art Bank Project Description :This Request for Proposal (RFP) is directed at fine art conservators (generalists and specialists) and other fine art service providers. The purpose of this RFP is to establish a list of prequalified suppliers offering the following range of services: art restoration and consultation, custom framing, and custom fabrication services as needed for the Canada Council Art Bank. The Canada Council would enter into Standing Offer Agreements with successful Firms for five years. A Standing Offer Agreement is an arrangement to provide goods and services at prearranged prices with set terms and conditions, for specific periods of time on an “as requested” basis. A Standing Offer is not a Contract and an Order against a Standing Offer is a “Call-up”.
