Water Resource Inventory and Master Plan

The City of Montrose is requesting proposals through the Request for Proposals (RFP) process to perform a comprehensive inventory of the City’s water resources and prepare a water resources master plan. Addenda will be posted to the website and it is the proposer’s responsibility to download, review, sign, and include addenda with their proposal.The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities and/or informalities and to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional proposals.
