This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for informational, market research, and planning purposes only and does not commit the Government to any further contract actions, i.e., solicitation and/or contract.  Respondents are advised that the United States Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in responding to this Sources Sought Notice.  Not responding to this Sources Sought Notice does not preclude participation in any future RFP that may be issued.  Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the U.S Government to form a binding contract.The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is conducting market research to determine which organizations are capable of providing non-personal professional technical support for the National Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Clearinghouse.OBJECTIVEAs stated in BIL (Section 24112(d)(3)), each eligible project proposed is likely to reduce or eliminate fatalities and serious injuries involving various users, demonstrate engagement with a variety of stakeholders, adopt innovative technologies to promote safety, employ low-cost, high-impact strategies, ensure equity, include evidence-based projects and other conditions as the Secretary considers to be necessary.  As a new program, eligible applicants will be interested in guidance on developing and implementing plans, programs, and projects effectively and efficiently.  The clearinghouse can provide case studies, gather, and disseminate information, track implementation, monitor the program, and specifically:   Operate a national Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Clearinghouse.Develop information, marketing and educational programs on SS4A.Provide technical assistance and disseminate techniques and strategies used for successful local safety plans, programs, and projects.Refer to attachment for full description of the
