Driver’s license and proof of insurance is required. Past 8:55AM (EDT), access will not be guaranteed.Questions & Answers: Questions must be submitted to the Contracting Office by 22 April 2024 no later than 12:00 PM EDT. The government may not accommodate any questions after this date and time.Proposals: Contractors are encouraged to offer their most advantageous/best proposal.
