Product Manager (PdM) Bradley is considering sources to support Power Distribution, Diagnostics, and Optics. These sources of support will have experience in engineering, software, logistics, project management services, configuration management, total supply chain management, and field services to support vehicle technologies such as Soldier Machine Interface (SMI), Driver Optics, Diagnostics, and Power Distribution that are currently integrated on the BFoV M2/M7 platforms.For any or all of the below capabilities listed, please also respond with what technical data, government furnished information, and/or hardware/software you require from the Government to support the BFoV as outlined above.PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:General:1. Describe your experience supporting military vehicle networks, including, gigabit Ethernet, 1553, and Computer Area Network (CAN) (J1939). Anticipate level of compliance with program standards, including VICTORY Architecture, Direct Support TMDE Reduction Application (DSTRA), and Information Assurance (IA) Standards.2. Describe your experience supporting Vehicle Diagnostic Design as it applies to the Soldier Machine (Human Computer) Interface (SMI), Tactical Displays, and Vehicle Operation and Maintenance.3. Describe your experience with Power Distribution support, with respect to interfacing with vehicle networks, and diagnostics.4. Describe your experience supporting driver optics, with a minimum of 107 degrees wide by 40 degrees vertical viewing area.5. Describe your company's software capability to include software support of fielded products, software tools, and experience working other OEMs to support complex software systems.6. Describe your company's Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) certification. Identify the divisions(s) in your company that currently holds CMMI certifications.7. Describe your Quality Management system (QMS). Is your company International Organization Standardization (ISO) 9001 certified?8. What is your facilities classification level (FCL)? Describe how your company handles Classified, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Special Access Program (SAP) data. Response must discuss established processes to handle these types of data.9. Describe if your company's Power, Diagnostic, and Optics components, Shop Replaceable Units (SRUs) are common with current United States Government (USG) Power, Diagnostic, and Optic components and SRUs.Vehicle Diagnostics1) Describe your experience with the support of Vehicle Operational Diagnostics. Include support examples of fault detection, handling, reporting, and the use of sensors to enhance operational fault detection.2) Describe your experience with the support of Vehicle Health Maintenance Operations. Include examples of fault isolation, reporting, and interaction with the vehicle Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs).3) Describe your Vehicle diagnostic support experience with the interoperation of the Vehicle Health Management System (VHMS), Vehicle Diagnostic Management Software (VDMS), DSTRA, and IETMs.4) Describe your company's diagnostic approach to fault isolate to the SRU level using IBIT (Interactive Built in Test) and BBIT (Background Built in Test).5) Responses must indicate if ground combat vehicle(s) were ever supported.Soldier Machine Interface, Optics1) Describe your experience with the SMI. The SMI presents Bradley Crew members/Maintainers with vehicle functionality and allows the Crew/Maintainers to input commands and make selections in the vehicle system. It also provides the Crew/Maintainers with status indicators, system information, and feedback.2) Specifically describe support experience with states and modes effects, SMI, Driver Interfaces, Commanders and Squad Leaders Display interfaces, screen architecture, operator input, pop up and dynamic messages, VHMS interface and keyboard, display screens (Malfunction(MALF)), Vehicle Version Identification (VVID),and Embedded Vehicle Reprogramming (EVR)), and embedded training.3) Specifically describe your support of enhanced driver viewing, and vision in a day or night setting.4) Responses must indicate experience supporting ground combat vehicle(s).Power Distribution1) Describe experience supporting power distribution and control with respect to Vehicle States and Modes (normal operation, combat, silent watch, and degraded). Describe system support experience with load control, status, and cable disconnect monitoring.2) Describe experience supporting power distribution and control with respect to software interfaces, Power Management Screens, and the Turret and Hull subsystems. Include interfaces with Vehicle networks (1553, CAN, and Ethernet).3) Describe your company's experience supporting Vehicle Power management and control with respect to Bradley Critical Items that are in support of Power Distribution, SMI, Diagnostics, and Optics "Driver Viewer4) Describe your company's experience and diagnostic approach to fault isolate power system issues.Capability: Modeling and Simulation1) Describe your in-house Modeling and Simulation capabilities and tools.Capability: Test and & Evaluation1) Describe your in-house testing capabilities.
