The intent of this notice is to identify qualified and interested offerors for information and planning purposes. The information received will be utilized within the Navy to facilitate the decision making process and will not be disclosed outside of the agency. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Far East (FE), Facilities Engineering & Acquisition Department (FEAD) Yokosuka intend to award single ward, Firm Fixed-Price comprised of Non-Recurring Work items to obtain one time facility support contract for repair and inspect boiler water tubes at buildings A43 and J209 at CFAY, Japan.The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, all labor,

management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform repair and inspect for NAVFAC FE owned water tubes of Boilers located at Buildings A43 and J209 at CFAY, Japan.General scope of work:1. Boilers: The Contractor shall repair and inspect water tubes of Boilers to ensure they are fully functional an in normal working conditions.2. Replacement work for deteriorated water tubes of Boilers: The Contractor shall replace the existing five deteriorated water tubes of N.2 boiler at A43 with new one.3. Inspection work for water tubes of Boilers: The Contractor shall inspect interior surfaces of water tubes of following Boilers utilizing fiber scope. a. A43. (1) No. 1 and No. 2 Boilers: 18 each (EA) water tubes by each boiler. (2) No. 3 Boiler: 25 EA water tubes. b. J209.
