All questions regarding this SYNOPSIS must be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist as noted above.1. CONTRACT INFORMATION:The Fort Worth District intends to establish
a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract for Capital Region Office. The work is located within the Capital Region Office Lakes of Ft. Worth District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Lakes include Belton, Stillhouse Hollow, Georgetown, Granger, Somerville, and Canyon.The work will include all work in accordance with the scope of work and specifications and includes construction, renovation, repairs, preventive maintenance, and environmental abatement activities. It is not only intended to execute new construction, but to provide a timely response to repair of real and personal property facilities, e.g., maintenance, repair, asbestos and lead-based paint abatement and major and minor construction situations relating to, but not limited to, architectural, civil, mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire protection, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), instrumentation, anti-terrorism and force protection. This contract will primarily be used for Civil works projects within the Capital Region; Belton, Stillhouse Hollow, Granger, Georgetown, Canyon, and Somerville Lakes, Texas and may be utilized for work anywhere within SWF boundaries.The estimated magnitude for this contract is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.Small Business: 8(A) Competitive.Place of Performance: Capital Region; Belton, Stillhouse Hollow, Granger, Georgetown, Canyon, and Somerville Lakes,The period of performance is three (3) Years. The Government reserves the right to award a contract for a lesser duration than stated herein.2. PROJECT INFORMATION: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the above-mentioned work, for the duration of the contract period.3. SUBMISSION INFORMATION: The estimated solicitation issue date for solicitation W9126G23R0082 is on or about 23 December 2022. Proposals are anticipated to be due approximately 30 days from issuance of the solicitation.The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this project is NAICS code 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction), The Small Business Size Standard is $39.5 Million.
