The State intends to contract with a Responder to provide a subscription service for rack average prices for gasoline, diesel, and propane products, on a daily basis. The service will be provided to the Department of Administration, Office of State Procurement (OSP), other State agencies and members of the Minnesota Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) program. Pricing must be submitted via excel document "Exhibit D - Price Schedule", attached to this solicitation. QUESTIONS.
