This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W912TF-17-T-0038, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 315990 - Apparel Accessories and Other Apparel Manufacturing, a small business size standard of 500 Employees.This requirement is a 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. This is a 100% small business set-aside with an exception for Ability One as they are a mandatory source per FAR Part 8.7(a) 41 U.S.C. chapter 85, Committee for Purchase from People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled. Priority will be given to

blind vendors recognized and represented by State Licensing Agencies (SLAs), under the terms of the Randolph Shepherd Act (R-SA). To be considered for this award, the contractor shall: 1.) Be able to meet all requirements defined in the solicitation, 2.) Be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database per DFARS 252.204-7004 (www.sam.gov); 3.) Contractor shall be able to invoice through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) (https://wawf.eb.mil) for payments to be processed electronically.The solicitation will start on Friday, 14 July 2017 and will end on Friday, 21 July 2017 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time, or as otherwise posted at http://www.fbo.gov.
