training to DOD personnel as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement is unrestricted and the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 611430 - Professional and Management Development Training, with a size standard of $11M.This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached.The bulk of the work to be performed under this contract will be performed at the Army Force Management School, 5500 21St Street, Suite 1400, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060. The Government intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Task orders may be issued under this contract that would require either off-site work, or work at other government installations that will be specified within the individual task order. QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIMEAll questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted no later than 3:00 PM Eastern Time on 24 August 2017.
