C-130 Holistic Performance Based Support

DLA Aviation intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Lockheed Martin, via a letter Request for Proposal (RFP). A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS). A copy of this solicitation may only be available to requesters by contacting the Point of Contract (POC) for this notice directly. The agency intends to award a subsumable contract in accordance with the general terms and conditions for the Lockheed Martin Captains of Industry (COI) Supplier Capability Contract (SCC) SPE4AX-22-D-9000. The letter RFP will be issued for the purpose of acquiring performance-based holistic support which includes supply support, demand/planning forecasting, material management, engineering support and sustainment elements, packaging, storage/warehousing, reliability improvements, and field customer service/engineering support of the C-130 weapon system manufactured by Lockheed Martin, and the associated C-130 Bill of Materials (BOM) of DLA managed consumable parts. This solicitation is for award of a Firm Fixed Price Requirements - Type contract with Prospective Price Redetermination. The term will be one five-year base period with a single, five-year option period. The total duration (base plus option period) shall not exceed ten years.
