This solicitation is for air purifiers and monitors to combat COVID-19. Bidder must agree that any contract awarded by the City will be contingent on adequate funding and that any awarded contract may be terminated at any time by the City. Bidders must agree to furnish the specified equipment on an as-needed basis at the unit prices quoted in accordance with actual requirements throughout the contract period. The bid is nonexclusive and the City will determine, in its sole discretion, the types of specified equipment and supplies that are best for its use and the most cost effective for the City. Bidders are advised that oral or written communications from the City shall only be through an official addendum.
