Pool Replaster, Tile Update and Deck Resurface

The City of Cartersville invites your company to submit a Proposal on this Proposal Package: Senior Aquatic Center Pool Re-plaster, Tile Update and Deck Resurface. All terms and provisions listed in the enclosed: “TABLE OF CONTENTS”, “REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS”, “INSTRUCTIONS TO PROPOSERS”, “PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS” AND “PROPOSAL FORM” are integral parts of the Proposal Package. The proposal price(s) will include: The replastering of sides/walls/bottom and around appurtenances. Replacement of all coping and waterline white 1”x1” tile, C-701/S-801 trim and diamond lane line tile with blended mosaic custom color 1”x1” tile, new contrasting C-701/S-801 trim to deck, steps and bench. All new 6”x6” depth and no diving markers in deck and waterline. Resurface deck to include a non-slip additive. Testing of skimmers and appurtenances of one (1) “rectangle” shaped pool located at 1155 Douthit Ferry Road; Cartersville GA, 30120. All work/materials must conform and be installed to meet the rules and

regulations of “State of Georgia Health Department” as related to public in-door pools. To be considered, Proposals must be in the possession of the City of Cartersville prior to the time of the Proposal Closing.
