The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide architectural design services for the modernization of the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Terminal 4 (T4) Baggage Handling System (BHS). Services will include assessment, programming, design, and possible construction administration and inspection services. The Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Baggage Handling System Upgrades project is located at 3400 E. Sky Harbor Blvd. The estimated total construction cost for this project is $50 million.
