Daybreak Arts Council – 2021 Utility Box Wrap Project in Daybreak. The Utility Box Wraps project is intended to help beautify the community of Daybreak through the installation of public art. This project is intended to use unique 2-D paintings, drawings, digital artwork, or photography to wrap identified utility boxes throughout the Daybreak neighborhood. There are 4 utility boxes that have been selected to be wrapped. See attached map of utility box locations on page 5. Artists may propose artwork for one or more of the selected utility boxes.
