The term of the contract will be for twelve (12) months, with an option to extend up to two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods, subject to agreement of the supplier and the City. All Quantities listed are estimates. Actual amounts purchased will vary, depending on the needs of the city. Bids are due no later than 5:30 pm, CST, Thursday, February 16, 2023. Questions are due no later than 5:30 pm, CST, Thursday, January 26, 2023. All questions must be

submitted on Bonfire in the questions and answers section. Award will be based on best value as defined in Local Government Code Chapter 252, Section 042. All goods and services provided to the City must be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") and all regulations promulgated pursuant to the ADA. The successful bidder will be required to certify compliance, if applicable.
